Fine starter job - Ecommerce Strategist American Textile Employee Review

Close-knit company and team. Job was everchanging which I enjoyed, something new every day.

Benefits are not as competitive as other larger companies, but understand they are family owned and there are perks there, too.

- An environment where you will learn to find your worth outside of external validation (because none will be given) - Team can and does spend half the day on TikTok and shopping for shoes and still complain they have too much work because leadership is offsite and the only onsite leadership is in meetings all day

- Complete chaos - People on TikTok all day (tip: get noise cancelling headphones) - Leadership is rife with bullying and so the team bullies too, Offsite leadership never knows what is going on but is a bully when they are in the office. - Leadership complaining if you have a cold or allergies (even though the office is incredibly dusty since its a factory) - Mid level and VP leadership blames others and never takes responsibility for their actions while also hiding the chaos and problems from the highest level of leadership - Lack of processes and rejection of new ideas to correct erroneous processes - Leadership running this company into the ground. But as long as the product ships it's ok, right?
