Great people, great teams and everyone works together towards satisfying our clients except for certain people. The software is great and keeps improving although not as fast as the industry standard. Great kitchen - fully equipped with a ping pong / pool table and great TV. If you are a dog person, you're going to love it here as certain people bring their dogs in! Pension Plan
Cons
- No flexibility around working from home as a CEO does not approve it unlike most other software companies. - There isn't a lot of culture or team activities/ events are too formal (Golf day) - Not the type of company to fire bad employees, they instead encourage them to stay and try to find a suitable position within the company for them. This is very frustrating as these bad employees go from one team to another and I are not reprimanded but instead promoted. - The development team is very disorganized - Management needs to connect with their employees instead of sending long email announcements.
