1. Medical check up- was forced to travel 350km to provide urine. Just a 5 mins process. 2. No guidance will be give by colleagues or superior officers. 3. Expected to perform without training, and treated badly when you ask a question. 4. Demotivating people. 5. Superior officers dont know how to work but expect results from subordinates. They dont know what they are talking about and expect everything to be done while they shake legs. 6. HR, is not supportive to employees as usual, only take care or higher positioned people.
