      Remote, easy work to handle

      Back to back calls with very little help from management. No understanding of people’s real life outside of the company. Wrote me up on dress code for wearing a spaghetti strap dress in my PICTURE, not on site or at work, a picture of me. Be foreal.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
