Pros
- Working from home and any location provides flexibility - Responsibility from Day 1. You are give a lot of freedom to lead and add value, but also held accountable - Great culture and senior leadership really focuses on keeping the "small company" culture despite rapid growth - Good range of mid to large size client
Cons
- Can be a bit isolating working in a company where 70%+ of the staff work remotely. Tough if you like being around people or relatively early in your career. But you can work in the SF or Indy offices if you want. - Competes with the large GSI's (Accenture, Deloitte) so have to adopt some of their methods to beat them. - Lots of practices (Salesforce, Workday. Top Coder) which does pose challenges for senior management to stay focused on one part of the business
