Pros
The best parts about working here is culture of the company and the people here. The vast majority of the people here are smart, interesting and just good people to work with. The company treats its employees like adults and trusts people to get their work done and ask the right questions. Good work-life balance as the company really focuses on making sure people are enjoying their work and on having a life outside of work. Working from home is standard and the company has a great infrastructure in place for allowing efficient and productive remote work. Company is on a great upward trajectory with excellent leadership and there is a lot of growth and opportunities here. Compensation and benefits are both excellent.
Cons
You really need to be able to handle your own work without hand-holding here- the rapid growth and overall culture of the company means that you need to be a self-starter, which isn't for everyone. There are also some growing pains, especially around processes, which are still being created/standardized.
