From the CEO to senior management, including the HR head, the focus is solely on internal politics rather than effective leadership. They lack the skills to properly handle client relationships, resulting in poor service and dissatisfaction. When issues arise with clients, they deflect responsibility onto lower-level staff instead of addressing the problem themselves. Worst Company to work with.
