Pros
The best company in the world, is it true or just a dream? Teorically good values: open mind, transparency, care. But in the local environment is very difficult to see these values.
Cons
No respect for the balance between private and professional life. The management team plays with our life. Only few managers are really interested in people, their development and their care. No SMs, SLs o ML, only some managers. Recently more than one person have been promoted to new roles, the most part of them without the values of the company.
