      Pros

      100% Employee-Owned company. Everyone supports each other to help the team achieve customer delivery dates and revenue goals. Family-type atmosphere with fun events to recognize performance. Company is gaining new customers and growing at a sustainable rate.

      Cons

      Implementing upgrades to manufacturing resource planning has been gradual but is in process now.

      Pros

      Not many, pay is decent but this is not a great place to work

      Cons

      Extremely chaotic, priorities change mutlitple times daily. Regular layoffs, there were rounds of layoffs pretty much every year that I worked there. The company is not doing well financially, current employees have been on furlough since June of 2025 and more layoffs are expected.
