Customer Fulfillment Driver - Customer Fulfilment Assistant Argos Employee Review

Drivers pay could be slightly better, considering the "Extra Responsibility" of driving and maintaining a company van. London currently pay their 'Customer Fulfillment Drivers an extra 'Premium' when out doing home deliveries. e.g £2.00 extra per hour. Majority of all Argos stores pay an extra £0.80 driving premium apart from 'Southport 4134' :( Which is really unfair considering their such a big retailer. Only contracted to '15 Hours PW' so some weeks you could get 30+ other weeks just your contracted hours, This applies to all staff working at Argos, apart from 'Management'.
