Thanks for leaving a review! We recently launched the new AFDS logbook, which will negate the need for the once yearly review. This way, you can have more frequent and structured reviews/feedback with your line manager. Read more about it in the ARM Digest email that was sent out today (6/22). We're in the middle of reevaluating employee rewards, which includes salary, bonus, equity and benefits, and will do adjustments to once our evaluations are complete. As for the improving the facilities, as the company grows in each of our locations, we'll do strategic upgrades to accommodate the growing staff. We've recently announced the expansion of the Cambridge HQ, but we're also almost finished with the new building in our Austin, TX office, scheduled for a late July move in, so we do try to make the work environment a fun and enjoyable one to be in! -Rick C. Well positioned. Great benefits. Good compensation. Nice stock comp growth and 401k match

Cons

Getting busier than what it used to be. In a way that’s good.
