1. Lack of Transparency in Career Progression Management often makes false promises regarding growth opportunities, primarily to retain employees in their current roles — especially detailers. 2. Poor Workplace Discipline Some team members demonstrate a lack of work ethic and overstep boundaries by acting like supervisors without accountability. 3. Managerial Oversight Issues Managers tend to overlook problematic behavior to avoid losing body technicians, even when it affects overall team dynamics. 4. Insufficient Training for New Hires There is little to no effort from management to properly train or upskill new employees, hindering long-term development and productivity.

Working as an office administrator for Assured has been a great learning experience. I get the pleasure of meeting all kinds of different people from our community. It has taught me great time management skills and it has taught me managing diverse administrative tasks, from visitor greetings, requiring strong organizational communication , and technical skills.

Stress in a common factor due to the demanding nature of multitasking varying by workplace and individual time management.
