Pros
This is my first job and i don't think there could have been any better experience. The work culture is at far the best I have ever seen or heard, Unlike any other corporate sales environment, they don't pressurize you in any way and help you with every little thing on the floor. Its a good opportunity to learn and explore if you really want growth in your professional life.
Cons
It won't be a cons, just a heads up that only start working when you are okay with the IST timings of work hours.
