I am sorry but I can't give a single positive rating, this company needs to do some serious soul searching.
Cons
No autonomy, zero flexibility, micro management, surveillance, unrealistic objectives, toxic culture and low morale. They can't keep any staff for longer than 6 months to 1 year and that is very convenient for them as they never have to pay anyone commission or for any annual leave or sick leave or any other benefits.
