Pros

With my time working for Atlas Consulting Group I have experienced a Company that operates with high integrity, prioritizes student mentality with sharing of best practices from high performers. When I came in with a strong work ethic, I was able to learn from not only the CEO but others that shared my values for success and growth. I've been provided with not only learning resources but networking and company paid travel opportunities, but also a fun work culture that makes the day very fulfilling. I started in this role as entry level retail sales, inside Targets and Best Buy stores. Not, Door to Door like it seems to be saying here in reviews. I've seen my role evolve into more of a coaching role with my time here.

Cons

Being that the growth is completely merit based, my own growth has been entirely my own responsibility and all of the resources that I have been given have been the result of me proactively seeking them. If someone is ambitious about their growth, they'll be able to find the same success I have.

Pros

Energetic work environment and hard work advice Some of the people there, leaders and new hires are interesting but..,

Cons

-Pay Structure is horrible -Brainwash scheme -Even the “leaders” are brainwashed -They sure do know how get fresh adults and 20 - 29 year olds to waste their time and youth lmaoooo -I could tell even the leaders weren’t happy with the job but they have to keep the energy up and work hard because they gotta work for years to have a “chance” of being an owner, and even then they gotta know they were being slaved one way or another for bs -scam people enough for them to switch to AT&T for a worse coverage and more money on their bill -Rare cases when they actually help customers cause everyone knows AT&T got the worse coverage out of the three major companies -They’ll cut you if you don’t make more than 600 weekly rev for the company -Promotion means same pay xD -Getting promoted again means same pay xD -I swear I ain’t making this up -Then they’ll tell you you’re doing something wrong with your attitude and that’s why you’re not doing a good job -Everyone’s in on the job being bad but pretend like it’s great -Devil corp -it’s like a child not knowing they’re doing something bad so they think they’re fine -the CEO’s a sociopath and full of herself
