Pros
Some of the guys are great technical as well as business minds. Open to trials and waiting to change. Has some of the best contracts and clients. Better than the typical Indian IT Service providers
Cons
Politics and bureaucracy exist in plenty. Leadership has failed to live up to the mark. There's a constant shuffle at the top. Credentials hardly matter. Influence plays a huge part. Even the scale and size of the company, it has managed to remain an unrecognized brand, as compared to its competitors.
