Pros
There was a fairly okay work-life balance with weekly home office days. HR was helpful and open to suggestions but they didn't really have much say in anything related to management or poor-performing coworkers.
Cons
High turnover in certain teams because of bad management. Chaos without real processes, there was always a rush to get things done in time. Low salaries compared to the market average even in white-collar positions.
