Knowledgeable people, growth potential, amazing schedule, great team atmosphere. I am entering my 5th year of employment at Auctionmaxx. It has been rewarding and enjoyable, and the staff are all friendly, hardworking people. Everyone is driven to succeed and we all work very well as a team. I've learned way more than I could have imagined, and my dedication has generously been rewarded with increased opportunity and responsibility. The management are incredibly knowledgeable, and offer employees a true path to succeed and flourish in the business. - Management is terrible - lots of demands with very little reward and acknowledgement - Management expects all employees to take positive criticism yet do not take well to employee's opinions - Terrible communication skills from management - Absolutely no organization or set procedures - Little to no training - listers are often blamed for errors they were not instructed on - Lack of trust or confidence in employees' competence - Extremely demoralizing atmosphere - Unsafe working environment; working in constrained space - Lifting requirements often exceed 50lbs - High turn over rate - An ever present "everybody for themselves" attitude - Employees are replaceable regardless of length of time worked for company - Company does not care for loyalty - Not fulfilling for anybody looking for meaningful work - No actual advancement opportunities - raises are given based on favouritism
