The managers don’t have enough technical knowledge, which affects decisions. The founders sometimes speak rudely, which can bring down team morale. The product vision and requirements are not clear, leading to confusion and changes often. There is favoritism among employees, and sometimes you get blamed for mistakes that aren’t yours. Overall management is weak and needs to be more organized. No team-building activities and no employee benefits like PF or health insurance. There is very little information given about what needs to be built or how a feature should work. Requirements are unclear, and you are expected to figure everything out on your own, often with unrealistic deadlines. When you ask for clarity, you are made to feel as if you lack basic understanding instead of being guided properly.
