The main goal Authenticx has behind them is inspiring.
Cons
The concept of unlimited PTO means that most workers feel too loyal and unable to take any time off. Managers don’t track or suggest time off. Resulting in poor mental health and a bad work-life balance. There is a noticeable gender difference on the developer team. Authenticx makes it very clear that they’re investing in sales and trying to get more clients over investing in keeping good employees, so the product and the output of workers will continue to suffer until employees genuinely feel valued. Poor communication about actual major company goals and how to reach them across leadership.
