Shocking management and dubious business practices - Anonymous employee Autonomous Employee Review

Senior management had a serious attitude problem. There were very dubious business practices going on with their cryptocurrency projects. Autonomous lost some of their hardest working members of staff whilst I was there due to sheer pettiness of certain managers. Managers would rather talk about you behind your back than discuss any matters with their staff. Would often overhear conversations between the founder and upper management ware tjey would be speaking childishly about staff members. I'm very sad because the people who worked hardest seemed to suffer most.
