The company has significant goals for growth, which means there is plenty of exciting work to do and lots of great people who love what they do. Depending on your team, most managers place great value on work/life balance, especially in the summer months. Company has many subject matter experts who have decades of industry experience- great place to learn with many resources. Good compensation and annual bonus structure.
Cons
There is a clash of business culture and trust between US team and Iberdrola leadership. There are many managers who are subject matter experts and incredibly knowledgeable; however, they are not trained to manage people, provide vision, and implement strategy. Bureaucratic, hierarchical.
