Always 100+ degrees all year long inside the plant with no type of cooling. A lot of equipment does not have machine guarding, they’ll expect you to work and around it. There’s fume inside the plant with little or no ventilation from extrusion process so you’re just inhaling that in. If the owner doesn’t like you, he will talk to you like you’re a dog. High turn over rates from poor management and micromanagement. This place runs 24-7 so if your shift land on major holidays, expect to work. If you called out, they expect you to call someone from different shift to cover yours, even if u have someone to cover they’ll expect doctors note to prove that you’re really sick. Poor dental, vision and health insurance that doesn’t really cover anything.
