I worked at Avaya Government Solutions for less than a year

    Pros

Salary is pretty decent. Work from home.

    Cons

I worked in the Fairfax office. Pretty boring. Hardly anyone working there. Though the on-boarding process was smooth, there was no POC from HR as everybody is working in some other part of the world and highly volatile environment in terms of workforce. Retained me without providing me complete information and mentoring. Could be confusing if this is your first job. Uncomfortable hierarchy at work. Not a very friendly or warm workplace. Faced issues right before leaving the organization as there was no one to contact regarding the process. No provided enough information on time. You could be left hanging in the air regarding future plans.
