As with many startups, things can be fast-moving and at times chaotic. Some roles require wearing multiple hats, which can be challenging. However, the team and leadership are very supportive in helping you succeed if you are proactive and willing to put in the effort.

Working for Avive has been great. From the interview process, to onboarding and training, to being in the field, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Then expectations are clear and communicated well, but you're never alone on an island, as it can sometimes feel like when working remotely. Every person in the company truly wants to see you succeed and there is a strong team atmosphere. We get to sell the most advanced AED of our time and save lives at the same time, which is very rewarding. 10/10 would recommend working here!
