      Pros

      Company has good clients having big names like STC, SABIC, EXXON-MOBIL , SAUDI SHIPPING and many listed companies. So exposure for big work is a benefit. Similarly zakat consultation is also a new area where we can develop our skills.Internal audit, marketing audit, qarter reviews and statutary audits is a good area to venture.

      Cons

      Saudi atmostphere is a limitation. however things are getting better day by day. There is always a shortage of sklled supporting staff which increases the responsibility of doing everything at your own.

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
