Pros

Joe Banach. Half day Friday's. Decent benefits. Huge growth potential.

Cons

Walt Bolton. Rude, unprofessional, believes in the mantra that "The beatings shall continue until morale improves." Does not pay subcontractors or vendors on time. Micromanages everyone to the nth degree. No autonomy to allow anyone to make decisions. Due to high turnover, with Walt being the common denominator, projects are constantly being reassigned, thus causing them to be late and over budget. Huge disconnect between estimating and what it costs to actually perform the project. Personnel get assigned multiple tasks that takes away from their real job. Empathy must be felt for the employees who manage to stay or decide not to resign on their own accord. No appreciation is ever shown for ones efforts. Everything is a priority and it becomes organized chaos.

Pros

Some of the best people I have met work here. There are true to heart, genuine people who want things to work and run smoothly. They give their all, and work very hard to do their jobs right and with haste. Within our local office, there is a connectivity that is worthy of envy.

Cons

Overall, there are too many roosters in the chicken coop, so to speak. No one person or office seems to be in accord with what things are too happen and how things are to be run. The local offices have severe issues with communication among each other. There is also a lack of care and concern with most of those in higher positions, and their downfalls are blamed on those below. Untruths are given out and games are played here, and I am not sure why. It could be a great place to work if the top dogs knew what was happening and/or cared to fix it.
