Toxic working environment - Customer Service Officer BOQ Employee Review

I am still recovering from the emotional trauma I experienced and am unsure if I will ever fully recover from the effects of this toxic work environment. I would strongly urge potential employees to carefully consider the support systems available in individual branches before accepting a position.
