They uses team meetings as venting forums rather than sharing and coordinating company activities. A culture of fear developed due to bad management practices for several years. There is no clear BOS product vision. Engineers are chastised when product falls short of customer promises. Engineers don't make customer promises. Customer success team should be practical when selling projects to customers.
