Pros
For a small company, they tried to offer minimal perks to "wow" their employees. Such as soda beverages available daily and pizza the last Friday of the month.
The company pays 100% of employee benefits which is awesome and rare!
Cons
VARO does not give their employees much of a chance. If you are not a rock start out the gate, then you will get the boot! You would think asking questions as a learning experience would be a good thing but not in this case!
Also, minimal pay for the work you are required to do. You are on the phone non-stop, all day, everyday. Employees take verbal beatings from the callers and are expected to tolerate in a "cheerful, happy" manner.
