I worked at Bancroft full-time for more than a year

    Pros

*Tuition reimbursement *Staff know what they are doing *Managers are actual people and not corporate politicians *Kids teach you a lot about yourself you wouldn't learn elsewhere *Once you learn how it goes the job is actually quite enjoyable and rewarding

    Cons

*High stress *Low on staff (who isn't in this field) *When it comes to special needs bad days are really bad days for both staff and kids *Pay isn't great but better than most in the field *Company lies a lot, they need work on transparency

    Advice to Management

Your employees don't trust you, work on being transparent if you want to keep staff. I don't regret working there, I learned more than I could ever hope for but it did bother me knowing how much you guys hide from staff. I won't say what out of respect for the company but I must reiterate the truth will save you in the long run.
