Pros

Family orientated company. They always cater food and have parties for some of the holidays and everyone I worked with was great.

Cons

Smaller firm so pay was lower than other places.

Pros

1. Compensation meets with competition. 2. Bonuses are offered quarterly, of course vary upon position and economic times. 3. Monthly "Lunch and Learns" are offered. 4. Work environment is decent. (Offices for upper management, Cubicles for Underlings.)

Cons

1. Understand all paid time off (PTO) hours accrued may not be reimbursed no matter the reason whether it's termination or resignation. That was a recent change made to their Jan 2022 Employee Handbook. (So use the PTO every know and then to make 4 day weekends at least, rather than thinking you can save them up for a week long vacation or the like.) 2. Don't assume everything is going okay in terms of staying employed with them. After 150 days (5 months) I was told they didn't have enough work for me and not efficient, which both together sounds contradictory, and I was of course shocked by the news. Also to note, up until that time, my supervisor didn't ever tell me otherwise. 3. It took the company over 2 weeks to reimburse me for company related expenses and I was charged a stop payment fee on the check even though they failed to send it to my correct address and was therefore never received. Given the error was on their end, the fee should've been waived. 4. Their Internet Support team informed me this company is known for being tight with their money, in terms of not helping employees out all that much financially with work related out of pocket expenses.
