Pros

Work from home, no dress code.

Cons

Don't waste your time, they are constantly no call no showing the appointments and also they only give 5 HR time blocks and rarely call to notify you if you are going to be late. The company is too big to care about customers any more. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company that isn't trying to waste your time. And keep in mind this company (rentokil or erhlich) bought terminex and just uses a diff name for each area. Also they only offer 3.5% increase each year which is a pay decrease considering the economy increases by 8% in 2022. Also they will continue to add on more work for that lower pay.

Pros

Processes and procedures are well defined and make for smooth workday. Service follows through and does a good job.

Cons

You have to be willing to crawl around/up into attic places to look for signs of pests (roaches, mice, etc.). The company car was nice, but having to wear a branded uniform in outside sales wasn’t my favorite. Made it hard to stop for lunch when everyone thinks you’re there because of pest problems.

Pros

The benefits are awesome! Hard to find better benefits than what they offer. Very affordable insurance, paid vacation and holidays, paid sick and personal days, incentive programs, etc. They are very big on communication. Everybody is willing to help. Upper management seem to actually care about the employees. After training you have a lot of freedom day to day. Managers may check in on you, but you're basically on your own. You will also get a company truck and smart phone to take home everyday. They also like to promote from within.

Cons

Sometimes you will get another tech's customer and spend a long time fixing what the previous tech did. Grumpy customers are never fun. You used to be able to plan your day according to how many jobs you had in the morning, but now if you get through your jobs fast and are hoping to have a short day they will add more jobs to your schedule.
