      Good knowledgeable senior management Company is a role model for the medical device industry No silos between organizations Very good benefits package other than salary

      Salary not commensurate with experience Promotability is lacking for in house employees who are interested in expanding job role or increasing responsibilities

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
