Cons
It's a matter of preference, but the culture has felt distasteful numerous times, almost like a college frat party to some degree. Cons: - Decision making sat with C-level management and the Marketing department and everyone else is forced to scramble on what sometimes feel like minute's notice. Now sits with Apple additionally with same broken process in place - Office politics are catalyzed by directors and VPs fighting for ownership and credit, and lower level employees catch the brunt of it - Lots of insecurity as Apple still does not know what they want to do with the business - Product Discounts haven taken a hit - 15% off our own product Things have really changed drastically post Apple acquisition. Low morale around most teams, as all but Marketing and Sales were impacted drastically. Many people feel slighted and feel their contribution went unrecognized and taken for granted.
