Pros
I have been working for Belden for less than a year now. My experience with Belden was so far great. From my point of view, you can judge whether a company is a good place to work or not, by watching how the HR department operates. Well structured, fair compensation, clear and realistic objectives and many HR activities that encourage the team building and increase the employee satisfaction.
Cons
since the employees tent to stay and turnover rate is too low, there is not much place for carrier development.
