RUN - Professional Staff Benchmark Human Services Employee Review

There are too many cons to list, but to try to sum it up, upper management does not care about you as an employee, you are just a body. You are constantly berated about what you haven’t done and NEVER given any kind words or appreciation for basically giving up your personal life to work for this company. The pay is not worth the constant dangerous situations you are put in. In Georgia, you will have to deal with individuals that try to beat on you, destroy property and sometimes use the property to hit you with. Management does not care about your well-being, metal health, or your actual life! If you have any type of education, do not risk your license or professional career for this company. RUN!!!
