9yBestMark values both anonymous and named feedback from our current and former employees, as we use it in effort to promote the betterment of our internal community, systems, processes, etc. We understand that individual experiences are different and, at times, can be quite subjective. BestMark always provides departing employees with very specific and exact reasons why they were termed, and would NEVER term someone based on a disability or illness.
