Needs A LOT of improvement - Anonymous employee Better Impression Employee Review

High turnover, not many opportunities for growth/learning, boring work, upper management and CEO disconnected, not much of a work from home policy (1 day/week), "family" culture, a lot of firing in certain departments, no reward/recognition system.
