Pros

One of the top MSPs in the identity and cybersecurity space, a very strong professional services delivery team, customer-focused, and opportunity to work with fortune1000 customers.

Cons

The company is growing exponentially but people are not managed well. There are communication issues between different departments, employees are overworked, and there's a high turnover rate. There's a big compensation issue as employees aren't able to attain high targets set by the company. The unlimited PTO policy is for show only.

Pros

You are afforded a good work-life balance with the caveat that the more competent and experienced you are the more efficiently you are able to work. Work is evaluated on utilization per quarter depending on your department/role. Co-workers are excellent and available to assist whenever possible. The speed of your career trajectory is dependent on the amount of effort you spend outside of your work hours to learn and educate yourself and you are plenty of opportunities to demonstrate new skills and move up the ladder.

Cons

The amount of work you have can be dependent on available people resources and it can quickly mount up if you are the only available expert for multiple projects. That being said, it's a good thing when there's a lot of work and a bad thing if there isn't. Projects are solely reliant on the sales team doing good work.
