Pros
Some people are fine but the HR misunderstood a situation and charged at me. She must have been worried about her impression . The founder speaks to people very nicely before they are hired after if you are hired he can talk like trash. One and a half day into work and he said he is disappointed with my work, I mean WOW. They'll tell you your work timings will be until 8pm, then they will call you at 12:30 am midnight to get their work done. Getting into this company was the biggest mistake but coming out of it was the best one I made for my mental health.
Cons
No work life balance. The company needs to understand that WFH doesn't mean an employee is always available or out there for you to be exploited for the minimum salary you are offering. These people call you 12 at night and ask you to do the work. My shift was 11am to 8pm. They wanted the work done early in the morning and even until midnight. It's reasonable that your clientele is based in the US, it does not give you the chance to exploit people, hire more people for the same role. The founder is always pissed for some reason. Previous day, they will send you a mail declaring a holiday and on the holiday they call people and ask to work. This company basically gave me ANXIETY!
