Pros
Great environment for self-directed learning and improvement. Amazing office. Treats its people like adults with home working and vacation policies. Supportive, friendly people.
Cons
Management can be unclear on what they're trying to do, announcing big changes that are unexpected and not clearly explained. It didn't feel focused. Culture differences between BNR and Highgroove looked to have settled in my time but there were still some factions.
