Pros

Coworkers are some of the best i have ever met. The pay is decent

Cons

The company is not going to last long. They do not follow the rules of the pharma industry and the upper management is ridiculous.

Pros

I moved to PSC Biotechnique from PSC Biotech about a year ago. It has proved to be a great move for me and I'm excited about working for the new company. PSC Biotechnique is e is a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) filling the need for cytotoxic and high potency sterile injectable products – both liquid and lyophilized. Biotechnique is also involved in cutting edge research into next generation nanotechnology drug delivery platform, which is the project that I'm working on. For someone who is invested in working in biotech to improve the lives of others this is an exciting place to work. The work is fast-paced and you'll be part of a team of people who are fun to work with and a work culture that is exciting.

Cons

Given that I'm happy here, I can't come up with reasons not to jump at the chance of working at PSC Biotechnique.

Pros

I’ve learned so much at this job about the industry and how projects come together. The experience I’ve gained within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in just a short time is enviable to anyone who is stuck in a well-established company with little room to learn or grow. Very positive experiences with coworkers who care and are very helpful. The people who work here would bend over backward to help someone out! Pay is great, benefits are really great! Health, dental, and vision covered 100% by company with no cost to employees.

Cons

-Communication leaves something to be desired from upper management and down. -It does seem that lots of ideas to better improve the company start out well, then never come to fruition. -There is a lot of favoritism at play between upper management and certain employees that can make work challenging for certain individuals. -Benefits truly are very competitive, but only 3 sick days are allotted for the entire year, and there is no pay for paternity or maternity leave. By law, you can take medical leave, but you don’t get any pay while out. -The days are 8.5 hours long instead of 8 due to unpaid 30 minute lunch breaks.
