When I started a year ago, I heard people describing the previous work environments at Bitrode. In this last year, I have not only seen the company continue a conscious effort, but it's actually succeeding. I'm proud to be part of this company.

Not a lot of room for advancement due to being a small company.

We do have small company challenges for advancement but we do look for opportunities for individuals to learn and grow for their own betterment.
