Pros
It's hard to come up with a pro. Free lunch Friday is nice but it's dangled in your face as something that can be taken away as a consequence.
Cons
-Horrible from top to bottom
-Take advantage of younger people and post grads and severely underpay you
-the most insane micromanagement tactics I've ever seen. They track mouse movement, clicks, "productive" vs "unproductive" time, cannot get there later than 8am and do not leave your seat until 5pm on the dot
-No flexibility or work from home option (unless you're special ? ) random people get the ability to work from home. No uniform policies. Rules can be bent for special groups and people. It makes no sense
Great place to work if you want to be disrespected and underpaid and given scraps that trickle down.
