Pros
- Till last years, working environment was good. - Now no more pros, which I can mentioned here.
Cons
- No proper project planning and requirements. - Worst working environment & no technical learning. - No value/respect for your idea, suggestions, creativity, passion about work, hard work. - Worst appraisal policy, as I said no value for your work. - Worst employee policy (i.e. leave policy, comp-off policy, No OT etc.) which can change at any time (whenever management want). Employee will not get chance to read it, as they will handover policy handbook only for maximum 15-20 minute. - Company expects a “software engineer / senior software Engineer / Lead Engineer” to act as sales person or Field engineer. - No transparency from the management. - Director will force new comers to put good review on glass door, no matter you joined company few days / month ago, Even he will help them to compose review. So, please don’t blindly believe & join this company. - Worst interview process, If the person has good technical knowledge but still, he will be judge only & only by his communication skills.
