      Benefits were decent Bonus checks were nice Landscaping is nice

      Cons

      Senior management micro manages way too much CEO threatens to fire people if he doesn't like something Have to constantly CYA. Very Very Poor work/life balance. They make everyone exempt to go along with the low wages so they pay no OT to office staff that work work work for the place.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are decent. Low premiums. Largely a 5 day a week operation with some OT on Saturdays. People at Middle Mgr. level and below are very nice. Standard Manufacturing company; nothing special.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Culture can be rude and condescending. Pay is not up to industry; extremely low. You trade the convenience of living in a rural area for poor compensation. Use threats of firing to coerce people. So people are always working in fear afraid to try new things.
