Overall atmosphere and intent of the co is good, it was nice that they said they would research like positions in our market ... until they swiftly and quietly changed the title of the lowest paying position to avoid paying fairly
Cons
The higher ups promote people who spend time rubbing elbows with the boss and don't notice those actually busy doing the job, though all the statistics and results are monitored closely and easily available to them
