      Lots of formal and informal training, funded by Bosch. Good opportunity to get involved in a real global business. It's generally a nice place to work, managers are supportive.

      Cons

      Progression is difficult, few opportunities to take on senior roles. Great opportunities for junior staff, graduates and new hires to progress to Middle management though.

      Ability to work from home, great environment, stable employment, very inclusive, great training opportunities

      Much of the actual benefits, and personal development are dependent on your manager and may not align with your own goals. Reviews feel predetermined.
