Pros
The best part of working for BC were the people I was in contact with every single day. It seems like all the employees were cheerful and there to help at any time! Maybe it was my luck.
Cons
Often, I wouldn't be sure of the plan for the week, tasks I'm expected to accomplish etc. due to lack of communication up the ladder
